At The Green Plate, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality food and provide excellent customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund and Return Policy outlines how we handle complaints and refunds.
1. Non-Returnable Nature of Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns on any food or beverage item once it has been delivered. However, we’re committed to resolving any genuine issues.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
The order was not delivered.
The wrong item(s) were delivered.
The food was delivered in a spoiled or unsafe condition (photo evidence may be required).
Items were missing from the order.
You were charged incorrectly due to a system or billing error.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for customer errors such as incorrect address, unavailability at the time of delivery, or ordering the wrong items.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before confirmation: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided it hasn’t been accepted by the kitchen.
After confirmation: Cancellations are not accepted once food preparation has begun.
